I want a low profile platform for my 4 door wrangler hard top. It's not for a RTT, but I'd like to run a rigid solar panel, traction boards, star link mini antenna, and maybe some roto-pax containers.
I'm looking at the Rhino Rack Pioneer 5 platform with backbone system. $800 for everything...
I found this thread searching for a chain saw to carry in my Jeep. You never know when a tree will be blocking the trail. I already carry a Milwaukee M18 impact, so I have the batteries and charger.
I'm looking at the new "top handle" 12" that's pretty compact...
More brain storming..... My main battery is due for a replacement (2018). This could be a good time to do a Genesis dual battery set up and that will give me plenty of juice to run my fridge and everything is under the hood without a bunch of wires and boxes taking up space in the back...
Good points all around. The newer ecoflow have the better LifePo battery chemistry too.
Another option I have since you mentioned avoiding AC.... I have a Honda EU2000 generator too. I could put that with the trailer in a tongue box and use it when A/C is needed (which I think would be...
I'm in brainstorming mode and looking at possibly getting 2 different lithium generators. I'm liking Ecoflow but will cross shop Bluetti as well.
Rig- Jeep with an ARB50 qt fridge. It's left me stranded before killing the battery even with the cut off. I want to put a lithium generator and...

Going to edit my post after getting an update from my friend:
My friend bought the Garmin and we did a week long trip. Pretty much every POI in the Garmin was bogus. It had issues in one location trying to find a campsite for the night. We were looking for a campsite, it was getting dark...
I did the GA traverse with 4 others last fall. It was great. We downloaded the maps and routes from the GA traverse website. I loaded the track into the mapping app Gaia and that helped a lot. I also zoomed in on each section, took a screen shot and printed it so I had a paper flip chart...
I'm new to the forum. I'm an active off-roader and camper. Last fall I did the Georgia Traverse including Windrock off-road park (TN), and Beasly Knob over 10 days. I'm now using the COVID-19 lock down time to refine my set up, go through my gear, and read up on more overlanding.
