I have an RV-4 and I often hoist up solo. I basically stand it vertical so one end rests on the roof rack bar, then I lift from the bottom and slide it up and over, using the roof rack bar as a fulcrum.
Sometimes I will climb up to the roof rack (my ARB has a steel mesh floor) and reposition...
Love our OZ RV-4. It really does setup quickly, though the claim is less than 30 seconds. If you don't count setting up the guy lines and canopies, I can see how that claim can be true. The ability to link up tents and expand is also nice.

I'd be wary of LiFePO4s from Amazon that seem too cheap. I'd stick with known entities like Battleborn or Renogy if you're in the US. There are a couple of reliable brands in other parts of the world, like Oz, but I can't recall the names...

I have the RV-4, it's about 45lbs, but it does fit on my ARB roofrack, though I have to put it in diagonally if I want it to lay flat in the rack. It's definitely not a backpacking tent...
