Resolved Wrong location icon

I added some different location yesterday and figured out that all new added locations are are show as camp icons.

It appears to be a bug of sorts.
I checked the map after reading this and all of the locations I submitted are showing up as camp icons, but if I click edit on them it shows clearly the icon that I had originally selected

and the location icon looks fine to me:

@Michael I added that one two days ago. Samsung device, Android Version 11, OB 1 App version 11.16.2.2022100245 - no issues. Maybe it´s an iOS thing?

They are not seeing wrong icons and asked that you completely uninstall the app and redownload and install it new. LMK how it is.

Just to add one more bit of info, if I zoom in all the way, you can barely see an orange propane icon behind the tent icon for both locations. Trust me, neither location is a camping spot because that would be tents in parking lots at both locations ;)

Just checked this. I see both POIs as public and propane symbols.

A bit more info. When I turn off the campsites icon, it eliminates all of them EXCEPT the resources I’ve added - past and present. Additionally, if I turn off the propane resources, the slight orange circle you could see behind them disappears, as well as the text you see when you zoom in. However, if you tap the green tent icon still present, all info appears.

I will create a test on my computer to see if I get different results.

Even more info - I just created a TEST (called TEST TEST TEST) location on my Mac Mini. I see the test propane location in the OB1 app and it still shows as a tent icon, but if I look at all my created locations on my Mac Mini, then I see the propane icons.

So considering the view that El-Dracho supplied on the Android and the view I get from my Mac Mini, the last test would be to see if ANYONE else with an iOS device sees propane icons or a tent icon. If any other iOS user sees propane icons, then there is something about me submitting a propane location that is causing this issue, maybe even more specifically, just how my device views my propane locations I created. I have uninstalled the OB1 app on all my devices with no change, running version 11.17.0.

When I look at this location on my iPhone, I see the border crossing icon, not the tent icon. So now I think the issue boils down to when we create a resource, ONLY WE see tent icons for our specific locations and everyone else sees what they should. Next test would be an Android user create a location to see if they see a correct icon. If so, then it is a specific iOS bug that affects all iOS users who create a resource and see a tent icon.
