I've been buying the pre-cooked packaged bacon more and more for trips because it doesn't need refrigerated and is much faster and easier to heat up and use for things. I can make a toasted bagel bacon egg and cheese in about 10 minutes for breakfast and that is amazing to me. If I had to cook the bacon it would require a lot more fuss and time.

Our family has gravatated to precooked due to less mess which equates to more bacon!!!!!!! Can't wait to take it on the road.

no real reason for this post ,just bored and seeing how many people like bacon and wondering how many responses it will take before the topic gets derailed .

Being a believer of following the Carnivore dietary life, bacon be a MAIN STAPLE and always welcome. Hard to beat a big pile of bacon on a cold morning in the hills with a side of Irish coffee.
