Just a quick post to make sure this doesn't get marked resolved or closed.

Fun numbers:
  • It's been 86 days since I placed my order.
  • It's been 36 days since I started this post.
  • I joined OB 44,756 members ago.
  • I joined the community 2,948 days ago.
  • Every order - with the notable exception of this latest one - has been fulfilled within an average of 7 days.
These are all interesting numbers (to me, anyway). But the number that means the most to me right now is: how many days longer is it going to take to get my order?

Shawn got an update, as you know your order was lost or whatever, or never got made. A new one had to be made (customized with your unique number) here is the update:

Kent got this just a bit ago;
"His emblem is in production and should be shipped out to us Tuesday and I’ll pull his first from the shipment."

We will keep this thread till you get it. Will let you know when they ship it......

I dont mean to kick anybody's puppy here, and this nay be none of my business...then again, here it is entirely on the forum instead of private message, so maybe fair game?

If I was one of the executive directors or forum managers, I would be embarrassed to say so. In my humble opinion, this is terrible customer service. The answer here is simple: get this man an identical, second order shipped out overnighted toute-suite or cancel the blasted order and give him his money back

To date, there hasnt even been any semblance of an explanation as to what the h e l l is going on. Just " we are checking into this" for weeks.

As a person who has been here a while, not a numbered member, but who has been considering ordering some equipment, there is no way I would put up with this, and management at the highest level should be expediting a resolution stat. Your reputation depends on it

Agreed. I ended up disputing this with my card company and just received email notice today they ruled in my favor. I placed my order May 29th. I received one email response from Corrie on July 22 saying
“I am expediting a laser etch request with our production team and I expect your emblems to arrive to our warehouse by Monday. We will email you tracking details ASAP.”
Haven’t hear a word or received tracking details since then. I decided I no longer want to support a company with this kind of service.
