My new mini is the single best investment I made in a while. I like being completely off grid and hesitated about getting this. Its come in handy a few times so far. The best thing is I subscribe then turn off the subscription when I get back. I have a month before it runs out. I turn it back on before I go out again if I don't have time left. So far I've had it for several months, done five trips and only paid for two months.
That's awesome.

I have to maintain a certain level of comfort to keep my family coming out. lol, I hope that one day my son gets to a point that we can simplify things and my wife can stay at home, because she doesn't really love camping like I do. My son is just too young right now so I need her help.

Hi All,

looking for recommendations/ ideas.
Have an 07 expedition, looking to upgrade the suspension for better lift and off-road capabilities.
I barely see any options on suspension for this model. Any recommendations or know anyone who’s running any specific setup ?
Located in Bay Area California. Any shop recommendations ?

Front-end components will swap with a same year f150.
The rear end is different. You will have to be creative there.

Do you know if the bumber is the same too? Looking to get a steel bumper and I’m finding more options for f150.

Front is. I think the rears are also, but they vary from year to year as a direct bolt on.

Power Mountain Tall Boy Jack for the new (to me) all around truck. Have the competition's jack kit for the WJ but this was better quality and a heck of a lot less expensive. Will serve my lifted truck, military and car trailers, as well as help out in an upcoming floor joist project. Highly recommend despite having to wait almost 2 months until e-trailer got a shipment in but it was worth it. Highly recommend, they have stock now so don't wait if you are interested. No affiliation, I am just dang happy with the product.

I bought this exact thing a few months ago. I've actually used it quite a few times on vehicle projects. It comes in handy.

But my most recent purchase was those glue tread things for fixing sidewall cuts. Hope I never have to use them.

Virtually every feature that makes a rotomolded cooler work so efficiently (thick insulation in lid as well as walls, tight seal, latches to hold the lid shut, heavy duty hinges etc) but at less than half the price of a similarly sized rotomolded. Quite the upgrade from my old coleman basic cooler, and for $149 canuck bucks, I can't complain.

Next thing to buy is probably hydraulic oil to refill my bottle jack, as it no longer functions properly.

Just picked up a Jackery 1000 Plus and a few of the backup power banks. Primary use is to power a backyard shed that I was unable to hardwire. Secondary use will be for the rig. Next up will be solar panels and maybe a small fridge.

Not exactly recent, but Harbor Freight had a one day in store only 40% off sale on all winches last December. I snagged one of the last ones in the area.

then finding a winch bumper to fit my rig.

it all went on the day before a trip to New Mexico. Three days in, and the first recovery.

Cleaned up and sold the crappy Sears roofbox for nearly double what I paid for it and used the extra funds to buy a nice new roofbox for our trip to Colorado Springs next week.

Ordered tie rods and drag link.

The shop installing them, will be inspecting my rotor shield, he thinks it may be bent and causing a thin tick sound when I turn the wheel.
