So we arrived home from a Toy Run today where we provided toys for a hospital and I noticed There were a few boxes on the front porch. The wife said she would take care of them as she had ordered some stuff from Amazon for the house.

I was Curious and wanted to see but she kept making me go away. Dead giveaway. So she gave in like always and said here is your early Christmas present. She had gotten in my Amazon acct and saw my wish list and picked up a few things.

What a woman! Since I got this early I thought I could start this off and we could all celebrate together!

What did you get? Let us all be envious. Lol

My sliders were my Christmas presents, but I managed to finally sell my old K5 Blazer and ordered a Warn winch, Ram phone mount and will hopefully be ordering a front bumper this week as well! Not exactly Christmas, just liquidating some junk...

My wife received word from her pain management specialist that it is time for micro surgery on nerves between C2 & 3 instead of the annual RFAs. The damage is from a road bike accident suffered 30 years ago when she went over the top at nearly 20 mph. The fix will be permanent as they will cut a section of the nerves out, then bury the remaining live ends into the muscle tissue to keep them from re-generating. Her very first reaction? Lets go into the Maze District this spring. !! We are already there.. :) I cannot think of a better Christmas present for my darling than for her doctor to tell here that there will be NO MORE PAIN... 6 years is enough... Oh, I did get some cool gifts, among them a bit of camp kit, and a really nice hat from a publication whose name shall not be mentioned.. Merry Christmas everybody, and may the New Year bring you peace.
