Ordered 2 - 23”X23”X16” with 1/2” padding inside Zarges aluminum water resistant cases for my roof rack. They will tuck in right behind my HID floods and spots. Can’t wait to get them. Opted for these instead of the AluBoxes or the Pelican cases. After a great deal of consideration, pricing all around the same, I chose Zarges as they seem to be the highest quality and a better selection of sizes and they withstood the Bear Test...see the video on their US website. Only bummer is the 6 week wait. I can wait!
what series case did you go with ?

What material are you using for these screens? Where did you get it? I need to make some for my camper for my dogs.
It’s a 18ga mesh from OSH 24x30 this one is coated in a light black coating & doesn’t have sharp edges on the either face much safer for the my pups noses, I used a cutting wheel, instead of sheers that had caused the coating to come off so I just touched it up with rattle can black lol may send it out and get it re coated ( note you could probably get a larger sheet in a heavier gauge if needed at a metal supply ) OSH is closing so it was 30% off [emoji51]

That’s the million dollar question lol, they were press fitted and staying in but need to secure them in place, at this moment I’m going to use some washers to over lap and screw to the door frame, I’d really like to make a trim panel may weld up something at work once I see how this functions

Finished loading up and arranging my custom fabbed FZJ80 over-dash bar for mounting various RAM fittings for NAV, Lighting Mgmt, iPhone, iPad, GoPro, and 2 swivel cup holders. It’’s ridiculously functional and cool. I don’t think anything else will fit!!IMG_3639.JPG

I wish I had taken a closer look at your setup that day as for the mounting of the main bar [emoji1303]
