Here is a quick warm broth on a cold and damp day. Or anytime you need some love..

Start with 1 large pot ( or a medium size but just water and chicken stock accordingly) olive oil , cut 1 carrot 1/4 inch slices, heat on high to soften the carrots, add water with chicken stock, I use Knor cubes usually 1 cube per 3 cups, but adjust to taste, start small and add as needed. then add some veggies, if you frozen throw some in, a stock of celery sure why not, baby spinach yes. let it boil for 2 minutes add some elbow pasta or anything small a handful will do it, add frozen peas (if you have). Let is sit and enjoy . Prep time 1 minute, cook 5 minutes tops.

One of my Buds told me that he has dehydrated veggi pouches, he just adds as the water starts to boils, and leave it on for 2 minutes (no pasta)

Once you have the base and can make chicken stock you can modify to taste. Please chime in with different veggies or other modifications..

I like to do campfire pizzas.
What you'll need:
Naan bread
Pizza sauce or BBQ Sauce
Cheese of your liking
Toppings of your choice

Create your pizza and you can either cook on a grate and use a foil sheet overtop to radiate heat to melt the cheese or my new favourite method of folding the bread in half like a calzone, wrap it in tinfoil and throw it right into the fire for about 12 minutes
ooooooohh this is a great idea and would be fun for kids to put their own together - Courtney
I love naan

Costco frozen Vegetable Yakisoba. Bring up to temp and add what ever pre cooked meat sounds good. I added some beer to the pot while defrosting. This trip I pre BBQ'd chicken brests and then diced them at home. Real easy and doesn't take a lot of watching with the liquid in there to keep from burning the noodles while they defrost. I have a ghost pepper sauce / paste that is just perfect at about 4 drops to a big bowl.
Sorry I forgot to take a pick of the chicken stired in.
So easy! Im trying something similar this weekend with Amy's frozen mac and cheese. Its the only one my son will eat haha he hates Kraft. - Courtney

This weekend we are doing steak, twice baked potatoes (just heat up) and veggies, and second night doing sliders. Idea stolen from @Lifestyle Overland YouTube video! We add whatever toppings we like to them. So good and so simple. freeze the ground beef before and it could be used as an extra ice pack before it thaws. -Courtney
