We are starting to plan our next spring trip for sometime around May. Our last trip to Big South Fork and Cumberland Gap was great but there is so much more we want to explore so we are returning to the west side of the Appalachians. We had the chance to talk with Jason from Mountain State Overland who suggested we head up around New River. Looks to be a great trip.
Don't forget the Solar Eclipse on August 21st, from Oregon across the country to South Carolina. We got to experience the 1999 Eclipse in Germany and can say, if you can make it to the path you won't be disappointed. We've had marked on our calendar for the last 17 years, its that worth it.
