Uffda. Sorry to see that, hopefully it was just a flesh wound and she got back up and running.

as slow as you can, as fast as you need to. Poor chap has learnt that the hard way.. I'd be miserable, I know he is too.

I'd be pretty devastated but the main thing is that everyone is OK. You can always rebuild and hopefully its just panel works that needs to be replaced.

Ya I watched the recovery (the next day) on IG. They flipped it over and the engine was seized and so they had to pull it down with a vehicle tied up front and rear as his brakes. It was a crazy recovery but a great showing of the community and how we all come together to help someone out.

Everyone was okay which was the best part.

I saw this on Instagram this morning, I would be so bummed. It was great to see the community out there helping him recover the vehicle

Engine seized due to running while on its side maybe?

Remember folks, your oil pickup wont work at those kind of angles. Shut it down asap if you roll. A lot of vehicles struggle and would be damaged from lack of oil pressure at even a steep incline. I remember seeing something from Land Rover about how they design the engine oil sumps so they work at more extreme angles. I honestly d0n't know if most makes of 4x4 do something similar.

" Well, this isn't so bad. I thought it would be a lot worse than this. They'll be able to buff this out. Oh, yeah.".... Dell Griffith to Neal Page, Plans, Trains and Automobiles  Just trying to lighten the mood...
