I was wondering all you guys with trailers with kitchens and sinks what do you do with the waste water after you finished washing the dishes etc. Do you let it drain on to the floor or do you drain it into a waste water container?.

I'd just use a biodegradable soap and not worry to much about the water. Don't leave any solids and you should be fine.

Grey water is fine to dispose of while camping, especially when you are in the desert. You can dig a trench (at least 6" deep) to relieve the water into while washing dishes or you can have the sink drain into another container and take it home and dump it down the drain at home. If doing the trench method be sure to cover it back up when finished. Water/food came from the ground so let it complete the circle of life and go back into the ground.
