The National Championship Air Races (previously the Reno Air Races) occuring September 10-14, 2025, has been moved to Roswell, New Mexico this year. You could make a great trip by pairing the air races, War Eagles Museum, White Sands National Park, camping in the forest near Cloudcroft, and visiting Carlsbad Caverns. New Mexico is a very diverse state.
