Hey everyone!
Had some time today and thought I’d goof around with creating a YouTube channel. I don’t have any well edited videos, cool music, or all the other stuff but I do have lots of dash cam vids to daydream to and other randomness related to overlanding and I’m sure medical stuff coming. If you have suggestions post up! Here’s the link to one of the videos.

here is the link to my channel: Overlanding MD

Oh, I think I saw your video for OB on first Aid Kits, well done! I’m an OBGH and I’ve seen alarmingly innacurate presentations at Expos. Your video was definitely the best I’ve seen as it really pointed out the essentials & the true priorities. It was clear to me that it was done by a working professional, I really liked it! You should link to it on your channel.

Well thank you and that’s a great idea! I agree that there are too many people “teaching” the wrong message. I’m just trying to empower everyone to feel comfortable taking care of wounded and sick people in the backcountry.

Yep, there are lots of fancy supplies out there but lots of gloves, 4x4s & pressure go a long way. I’ve been meaning to break my kit into 2, a quick response one like you suggest & then a smaller one with things like suture, hemostats, drivers & lidocaine as their actual need may be never. Keep up the good work.
