The Cherohala Skyway between Tellico Plains, TN and Robbinsville, NC is scheduled to reopen on 9/22/23. Citico Rd is still closed between Jake Best CG and Indian Boundary CG for repairs. They expect another couple of weeks before it reopens but has not been confirmed. Check the USFS web site for detour info.
