tweco welder problems, anyone have any ideas?

Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.

Yep. Using the tig spool or gun and foot pedal you can weld aluminum with the 141i.

No problem. Was one of the reasons I purchased it, at the time, and again now, I am working on snowmobiles, atvs, sxs and motorcycles. I will want to weld aluminum in their chassis and more. Can't wait to get the other gear for welding that.

Before I bought mine, I did some research and the 141i was rated one of the best portable units available. I have a big generator to run it in the bush too.
