Contributor I
I have a Tacoma but know that this question/discussion can apply to all trucks or overlanding setups. I have searched the forums (kinda suck at it and still a newbie) and couldn’t find a good picture or details on a setup I’m trying to get.
Here is my idea...
Would like to be able to mount the cooler/fridge sliders to a piece of Plywood/heavy duty plastic or aluminum board that would sit in the bed of the truck for the sliders to operate while the fridge/cooler was in use but can remove the whole setup when not camping. To get back to a Daily Driver setup.
Concern is how to brace the board down to not flip up from rear while fridge/cooler is loaded and using sliders out.
I’m using a Iceco JP40 and there sliders but I feel the idea can be done for ARB, Dometic or any the other brands.
If this is as easy as responding to a link with another post please do and if ya have a setup like this feel free to post pics and or any advice.
