Hey everyone. Here is my 2000 Land Cruiser. I bought it about 6 months ago bone stock with 190k miles on it.
Here it is the day I brought it home.
And here’s how it sits now
Below is a list of maintenance/upgrades and mods I’ve done to it.
OEM CV's
Denso Starter
Metal Tech rear adjustable lower control arms
Tough Dog adjustable panhard bar
Trail Tailor adjustable upper rear control arms
Tough Dog 3" lift
Trail Tailor diff drop
Trail Tailor sway bar links
Trail Tailor recovery points
Slee 1.25 wheel spacers
OEM Heater T's
Transfer case oil changed
Front and rear diff oil changed
Huricane Tailgate storage
ARB compressor
Custom rock sliders
Rear mud flap delete
Yakima Mega Warrior roof rack
Sony headunit
Focal door speakers
I have 2 year old twin girls and the love going Offroad with us! The tougher and faster the trail is, the more they laugh and giggle.
We took them camping before they were a year and it was tough. Daytime was fun. Nighttime was a different story. Waiting till the weather warms up a bit and we’ll give it a try again. We’ll be using a large ground tent for now. Maybe we’ll switch to a 4 person RRT in the future.
The plan for this truck was to upgrade it as I needed to. It will probably stay like this for a while. It is pretty damn capable for what I’m intending to do with it. I’ll add to this thread as things progress.
