Led by our GIS mapping god, Eugene Peters, 4 rigs and and 6 souls cleared a section of trail today in the middle of Nova Scotia. The goal was to connect an existing trail to an alternate access road. The weather was cold and wet and the new section of trail had some steep inclines that became nature's new path for water runoff. Great:(
We had plenty of winching opportunities and exercise throughout the day. It was good to get out there, get physical and do something constructive.
BTW...we made the connection and created a new trail extension.
BTW (2)....this is all crown land and completely legit.
Here are some pics of the day......2016-11-27 08.56.35.jpg2016-11-27 10.39.37.jpg2016-11-27 12.00.20.jpg2016-11-27 12.11.04.jpg2016-11-27 12.16.00.jpg2016-11-27 13.16.28.jpg2016-11-27 15.29.51.jpg

Hey Jim just moving back to the east coast here real soon and would love to have an idea of some trails mapped out or where some of the local clubs seem to go.
Thanks
