Track rail routing adapter for lights

Looking for the adapter that could go into rail system like Yakima or Thule so than mount flood light. Thanks

What kind of adapter and for what kind of bars? Round or new aerodynamic style? I have these mounts for my Yakima round bars where I mounted security lights over my camper shell.

Are yoiu looking for something that mounts on the crossbars as shown in RoarinRow's picture, or are you looking for something that attaches elsewhere? perhaps a pic of where you want lights to mount will give a better idea of what you are looking for.
