Tilt away spare tire carrier

Had some spare time and needed a spare tire carrier for my pilot. I liked the Wilco swing out but I couldn't justify the price.
I've got 65$ tied up in it. Have to finish capping the ends and paint it.

I got the hitch mount from Northern tool co. It was made to be used for a folding hitch rack
