It's a turnkey 4" lift for designed for 8 lug wheels and 39" tires.

Are you planning to go overlanding on 39" tires?

It actually sounds like a well thought out system that doesn't wreck the Jeeps road manners much. At least no more than 39" tires will.

It's a lift, regear, and hub upgrade in one box. So yeah, it's going to cost.

$20k ain't cheap. But lift and gears, is $9500 easy.

The original Humvee had drop gears like this. It could do wonderous things, but it always had fleet repair in the green zone.

There is a reason they simplified the "Hummer" undercarriage to that of the regular GM K2500 when they went all civilian.

I'm with the people here that say K.I.S.S. and avoid future SNAFUs. So much easier and economical to install a regular lift kit and bigger wheels, and put the rest of that kind of money towards the actual trip
