Know Before You Go:

• No facilities or services are available.
• Current state of residence registration and tabs/stickers are required on all motorized vehicles.
• You must wear an industry-approved safety helmet when operating a motorcycle or ATV/OHV on all BLM public or leased lands and roads within the Juniper Dunes area. This requirement does not apply to occupants of street-legal, four-wheeled vehicles.
• You must not operate a motorcycle or ATV/OHV without a safety flag while on BLM lands in the Juniper Dunes. All such vehicles must have a whip mast and a 6-inch x 12-inch red/orange safety flag. Flags may be of pennant, triangle, square, or rectangular shape. Safety flags must be attached within 10 inches of the tip of the whip mast with club or other flags mounted below the safety flag or on another whip. Masts must be a minimum of 6 feet in height/length or industry standard height/length.
• You must not carry a passenger when operating a motorcycle or ATV/ OHV on BLM public lands and roads unless the ATV/OHV is designed by the manufacturer to carry passengers.
• Wood pallets, and any other wood or lumber containing hardware including nails or screws, are prohibited for any type of fire on BLM lands or roads in the Juniper Dunes area.
• Please do not bring any glass beverage containers.

Do they happen to have a vendor nearby that sells them? have not got around to getting on for the JK yet? Do you happen to know offhand the height from ground and min size it has to be, Might be able to fly one from my firestick antenna on the tire carrier.

There is a gas station located at thr start of the Pasco Kahlotus rd that usually has them, it's maybe 5 miles before the turn off to the dunes. For the people coming from the north it would be a short trip out of the way but guessing you will drive right past it. I'll stop in to see if they have any, I drive right past it probably half dozen times per day. Address below.

Kahlotus Korners gas station does have whip flags if you're planning to go play in the dunes. Not sure you really need one if you're only going to the camping area since it's about 1.5 miles from the actual dunes.

We had a great weekend, Thank you @PapaDave for putting this trip together! Enjoyed meeting everyone and having some good conversation around the campfires. Hoping to see you all again on a new adventure. got back over to the left side of the state and home before dark, Jeep has been cleaned and the RTT is in the garage drying out so it's ready for next weekends campout.
