Started working on my 2007 Ford Expedition a few months ago after selling my 1989 YJ.

This is the chronicle of Elmo’s Evolution.

To get up to date:
-Painted stock wheels black Rust o Leum Bed Liner
-Powerstop slotted and drilled front brake rotors and pads
-Rola Cargo rack with extension
-Rancho RS9000 Quicklifts all the way around
-Toyo Open Country ATIII
-Pioneer AVIC 5201NEX IN dash head unit with GPS, Apple CarPlay and back up camera (never had one of those)
-Midland CB radio with 3’ Firestix antenna

And, now this - Ironbull Defender 4 bumper with Smittybilt X20 12K synthetic line winch.

Final pics of bumper install to follow

That's quite a bumper. Very nice build up so far.

Thanks - the build is going well. A bit slower than I would like, but still pretty well.

Ironbull is the only bumper I could find that would fit the 2007 Expedition. Which is fine, because it is the style and look I was after. Hope to have installed by Saturday.
