Hey everyone, I have a question. I tried getting on my mobile app and it will not let me log in. Keeps giving me a add on error. I tried on my personal Samsung s10 and on my work iPhone 8. Has anyone else had this problem and how was it fixed. Thanks

It did the same thing last month. I was told by support that they have moved all of their focus onto the new app and are no longer supporting the app that we all still have to use.
