Ah... similar issue with a Jeep because the spare tire mount on the rear of the vehicle is not designed to support heavier and larger tires.

Exactly but at least they make a solution for you Jeepers. Apparently even with the tire deflated and the assistance of a BFH it still doesn't fit. Although I admittedly never tried it because I saw it as an opportunity to gain a large, dry storage area.
