Surf fishing

Last may and this February I get to attend a workshop on Oakracoke Island on the outer banks. I camp and fish any day I don't have to be at "work."

And you get to ride a ferry out.

Tried it myself this past thanksgiving for the first time ever. Walked out onto fort fischer, on one hand I was the only one who caught anything..... anything being the key word..

That's the fun part. Freeman park in Carolina Beach is fun.

Most trips I do back on the (Canadian) east coast are searching for little trails and routes lto access new untouched shorelines for personal honey holes on the bay or into any of the thousands of small secluded lakes and rivers all over NS.

I love surf fishing. I don't surf fish as much as I would like , living in Az..
