I've had this Surco rack for awhile and didn't like the flimsy floor so I updated it with some rectangular aluminum tube. I still have the original floor pieces that you can use as crossbars if you wanted. The size of this rack is adjustable by removing sections of side tube but the center bars would need to be recut.
It is faded and could use a new coat of paint.
I had it mounted on top of my lumber rack but I do have a set of older Thule gutter mounts and crossbars if you needed them.
I live in Sacramento and I'm looking for $200 or bo
