so hi lift jack still used for everything on car and its allways in car even on daily driving . all times.

going camping for couple nights and dont wanna sleep in tent , no problem, just sleep in car. and yes all still fits with bed even hi lift jack , cooler , all tools for car and such...i bought couple boxes that would make now my bed longer so its more space for me now to stretch too

and when i bring more people camping i just take tent and air matress for them to sleep comfy too

car how it looks these days. not much changes . front added +1cm lift . pretty happy for what i need it do and it does just that, so for now dont see reasons for any other mods for it. plus is getting more rusty now every year.

older subarus preVDC models are famous for 1wd versions when you have 2 wheels in air , but VDC helps with that if its not difficult task like there it does job pretty well. pre VDC model would go nowere there

thats why i cut bumpers and removed sway bars , so at least i could go onto things like those and with more flex and help with VDC stoping wheels that have no grip . VDC cuts some engine power too in process which is not good but sometimes its works well enough so that i wouldnt need to use momentum, because i dont like unnecesary momentum because with more speed something will brake or bend or something bad will happen its more chance that sometimes will happen, then when going slow and pick right lines.

and now some people making some Torq lockers for subaru R160 diffs and russians making almost design lock-right lockers for R160 diffs too. so thats cool at least something is going to that direction for those who need that

not sure i need that because i kinda dont go that hardcore, its long base and still those angles are not great not as good as lifted foresters sure but they decent for some more like overlanding long distances not like i see mud means i need to go into mud and dig deep then spend 4 hrs recovering myself from it. thats not my style though im ready for those situations as well.
