Hello folks,

My name is Angel and I live in So Cal. I am here to re introduce myself as it's been a while and the wife and I find ourselves starting over since a friend of mine destroyed my first rig. We now have a rig made from 2 ram trucks I had for other projects and have begun setting it up to help us camp and explore for multiple days at a time.

I am surprised at how both rigs weighed close to the same weight but the ram seems to do much better on fuel off road. For us, it's function over form....so not everything looks like it's new because we have actually used it, not everything is a big name brand but it works.

We are looking at trying out our gear to figure out what works and what we need or can do without, it's a set up for us to get away from our daily work routines as we have weekends off. We all need a reset/escape on occasion and this is one route we have chosen.

If anyone is interested in a weekend camping trip, please feel free to reach out as we would like yo set one up and get to know some people I to similar stuff and maybe get some pointers while at it.
