Should I change the wire to 2/0 gauge for any connection that touches the inverter and batteries?

Anyone interested in evaluating this diagram as I am second guessing a few things and just need to know if you see anything wrong. After thinking that I had this licked, I watched a video about battery efficiency, hung my head and went back to the drawing board.

The specifics I am curious about deals with battery, inverter and efficiency; 3 house and 1 vehicle. I am also thinking that I need to up the size from 2AWG to 2/0 given the math for amps. Almost all cable lengths are less than 3 feet except the feed to the starter battery (approx 20ft). The 3000 watt invertor has a 90% efficiency and for all equations I would consider it maxed out.
