I was at a thrift store today and saw 2 small toaster ovens thought they would be cool to try did not buy one but its tempting..
Do any of you have a toaster oven for your overlanding trips..
I have a microwave that works but its just to big to drag along on trips the toaster ovens I saw were about 1/3 the size...

We have a travel buddy which is designed for travel cooking (heavily insulated to prevent fires and maintain heat). Safe field use of a toaster oven designed for home use would depend on how you intended to use it. Assuming your inverter is able to handle whatever the T-oven requires, you would then need to ensure you had a safe place for it to get hot.

Not the smallest but
I’ve have used a ninja toaster oven (Foodi SP101) a bunch, no issues at all

Also

Kickass makes a 12v oven, may be good if concerned about power draw
