Where did you buy them?I picked up an inexpensive Gas One single burner (dual fuel) stove and purchased a separate wind screen. I'll use magnets to keep the screen "attached" to the base of the stove.

Wow, that is a jump. I just bought that windscreen about 3 weeks ago. I had the stove bookmarked.@Offroadnutz ... Amazon

So I just picked these up a month ago or so? Something like that. I got 'em both for the price of the stove alone (linked above). I'm not sure why the price has gone up in such a short time, and I bought them as a "package". I picked up a couple butane canisters to test it out, and it fires right up, no hesitation. Nice variable flame. I haven't tried it with propane yet.

Partner Steel makes the best in the business for propane stoves, built like a tank and American made in Idaho. As for a single 9” propane burner with wind shields they make one. Go to ok4wd.com and type in partner steel. They have wi and with out shield single burner. I own several of their products, really well made. Just not cheap though, but will last a lifetime.
I use the same GasOne dual fuel stove, but for windscreen I just use a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil that is folded up and inserted between the grate and the stove body. Be aware that these stoves do leak heat out of the bottom so need to be on a fireproof surface when in use. IE: unlike the coleman style pictured, don't set it up on a plastic / wood surface. They are just big enough that they are difficult to set up on a rock.Where did you buy them?
Thanks for the advice on how the stove works. I just got mine and have only used it once. Looking forward to hanging out with you soon. Maybe at June Jam (if we are done with the restrictions by then), my wife is planning on going too. I've already had to cancel my 2 week trip to AK due to this virus. :( I've got the June Jam on my calendar. Hoping that restrictions are lifted and it will be safe to get together again! Thanks for the advice on how the stove works. I just got mine and have only used it once. Once I got my little heaterI was having trouble locating a butane source. So I bought a case of them from a outfitter on line, it would be nice to find something better than throw away cans. But for now I'll use them. I'd like to see what you come up with?I've already had to cancel my 2 week trip to AK due to this virus. :( I've got the June Jam on my calendar. Something I forgot to mention is that I've been looking into getting the Flame King DOT approved refillable 1 lb Propane Cylinders +Refill Kit so I'm not throwing away the normal, disposable, little green 1lb-ers. I figure $ break even is about 2-3 seasons at my current usage.

The cafe near my work uses 3 of these stoves to serve up stirfry to the office park everyday. While I really don't like using Butane cans for camping. You should be able to get the butane cans that this stove uses restaurant supply stores for about $2.50-$3 or 2/3rds to 1/2 off what the camping stores sell them for. (I've gotten them from Cresco out on I225 and Alameda in Aurora) If your heater takes the same type of can "40062 Chef Master 8 Oz. Butane Fuel" this should make for an easy and reliable supply.Once I got my little heaterI was having trouble locating a butane source. I bought the same GasOne stove a few years ago. Never tried it with a butane canister, but I can say that it would not boil a small pot of water on propane with a 40°F ambient air temperature in under 15 minutes. Never could get a rolling boil with it. Nice easy to control flame, but weak heat output.Wind screen

yeah, i've heard mixed reviews on those. i just bought a GasOne on amazon in january and took it up to north georgia the end of january and it boiled water pretty quick and it was below freezing out and i did it out in the open on my tailgate. it seems like a great stove, but some are having problems. wonder if there is a restriction somewhere? maybe something didn't get machined right and fuel isn't flowing properly? i use the regular ole coleman 1# propane tank with the adapter hose.I bought the same GasOne stove a few years ago.
