Annual Crawdad Boil at Richardson Lake.
This is a traditional southern boil. We will have two batches, one milder than the traditional spicy. The dinner will be Saturday, September 17, 2022; approximately 1600 hrs.
Menu; Crawdads, andouille sausage, crab, corn and more. The rest of the fixins will be brought by Chef Klinton Kehoe. All the crawdads are caught in Richardson Lake between Friday afternoon and Saturday morning, using traps provided by Tom White. See
