Resolved Shop order marked as shipped but never shipped

I am trying to be patient with my order but the lack of info on how long it will take is a little frustrating.

My order was marked as shipped a week ago but was never actually scanned by the USPS and is still awaiting pickup.

The website says a few days delivery time once shipped.


I understand the member badges may take some time but why mark it as shipped and then never ship it?


For $90 I am starting to regret this purchase. On a side note does anyone actually reply to the support requests on the website?

Yes this thread is watched, thus I am replying, of note in a couple hours since your post. (not typical will admit)

Yes personalized items are slower as we are at the mercy of the other company, Why the order shows not picked up, No idea but @Corrie sure can tell you better than me and I will forward your post to her.

IF you do not get an answer or help please post here again.

As mentioned I used the contact support form on the website. I still havnt gotten a reply from my initial support question a week ago via email so figured this would get an answer faster.

Ok, wanted to be sure as there is a support area, you are on now and an email support, that is why I suggested the email, you posted "reply to the support requests on the website?" which did not say email, but website so I just wanted to be sure. Wanted to help be I could.

It looks like the package was finally scanned by the post office at 5:40 this afternoon.


Hopefully everything goes smoothy from here out.

I do appreciate the help figuring this out.
