I have just moved to Albuquerque New Mexico. I am looking for any info on camping in Santa Fe National Forest. I know 4 July weekend is busy, but my question is will the dispersed sites on Forest roads in that area be busy too.

I’ve stayed at Angel Peak before, up near Bloomfield. Quite scenic. Wasn’t too busy when I went there in the month of May. Not sure how busy or hot it gets in July.
