Sand Mountain Clean-up for National Public Lands Day

Desert Roads and Trails Society and Winter 4x4 Jamboree wll be organizing a clean-up of Sand Mountain (Sand Hollow OHV) and hanging new trail signs.
Meet at the Water Towers at 0830 am on Sept 22, 2018. Water towers are south of Sand Hollow State Park. Hurricane, Utah
Focus will be on cleaning up trails, access roads and dunes outside the State Park.
Time: 0830 am to 1:00 pm.
Trash bags will be provided. Bring gloves and water

Clean-up was a success. We had three local organizations and one SXS group involved with the clean-up.
How do we obtain the Trail Guardian coin?

Additional info OB put forth about the Trail Guardian Program and coin: https://www.overlandbound.com/trail-guardian-leave-better-found/ - I wish OB would make this page more prominent, or accessible from the main menus. I had to do a search to find it.
