We will provide food. Costs are 10€ per person.
Drinks you will have to bring yourself.
I can handle 5 Rigs with RTT and one or two tents.
We can have around 6 people sleeping in the house and Trailer.
If needed I can find a B&B or Campsite

As I'm close by, I would love to drop by, see if I can make it the Saturday for the ride and BBQ. Would the track be a bit challenging? Will most likely be a last minute thing anyway unfortunately.
Pathfinder III
Challenging will it be if the rain will poor down for a week or two. If not, it will only be nice and a good scenery. Nice stops along the way, doing coffee and such at nice places.

First update;
Frederique and I will take care of the food that weekend. And as we do with these kind of events, we share the bill.
This means more or less that for a two day/evening event you will contribute around 10 to 15 € for breakfast and dinner.
Dinners on Friday and saturday and breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.
Please bring your own beverages, as this is way more complicated.
And please tell us if you have a special diat. We will take care of that.
Now we have the following attendees.
Peter K. He coming for the event and will be bushcrafting and hiking.
Peter C. Will join us probarly during the evenings and the tours.
Constantin. Will come for the full Monty.
Ruud and Rick are still trying to organise their calenders to join us.
Bart V, will try to come on the saturday tour and BBQ if luck is on his side. Will be a last minute call.
So at this moment we have two campspots occupied. Still three to go.
