I'm parting ways with my Roofnest. Mainly because it's mounted on my Tacoma and it was too long for me to get it setup properly. I've had a lot of questions about it on the road. I'll give my thoughts on it in the year I've owned it. There's not as many nights in it as I would have liked due to covid but it's still well used.

Pros:
Easy to open. Unlatch and push. That's it.
Very thin profile when closed
Comfortable matress
Modular in a way that you have the entire surrounding of it to use as a mounting point.
Somewhat light at 130 lbs.

Cons:
Zipper fell off of screen in the middle of nowhere NY. Also fell off again in N. Jersey on a super cold night.
Very hard to close. I'm 6'4" and 330 LBS. I'd have to use all of my weight to get it latched.
Price. $3500 is just expensive and quite honestly, I'd be more comfortable in the 2700 price zone for this zent.
It's the same at many other manufacturers tents. Check out similar by CVT. The CVT is also cheaper.
Hardware stripped out when installing handle and the manufacturer blamed me. Although they did offer me a free blanket which I declined.

Sorry man. A bummer about the Cons. If your in the market for a diff RTT I have the Tuff Stuff overland Alpha. Had it over a year and love it. Easy to close and I can easy keep 2 large sleeping bags inside when closed. Makes it easy at night and less to store in the truck. Also only take 2:30 to set up and about the same if not less to close. I did a couple of reviews on my YouTube channel if you want to check it out. Just search for my OB handle it’s the same.
Good luck
