So with a similar post earlier about Right of Way for slopes ect,
Have you considered the "Countryside Code" or Rights of Way for unclassified roads (UCR)
In UK there are lots of "Green Lanes" or UCR's but to use them there are some specific restrictions
Terms like Restricted Byways come into play (By the way - that means no Motor Driven Vehicles e.g Cars, dirt bikes, quads ect - but allow bicycles, walking and horses / horse drawn carts
Now I'm sure there are similar rules in other countries so would be interested to know how this is tackled in other places (for future reference)
