Actually...that was the end of the Alcan.

This...was the beginning. See how the Defender is pointing the same way as the arrow...l'm a stickler for details...lol.

Judging by the size of the scrubs in the roundy-roundy in the background, Bjoern...you were there probably about four or five years ago? And it looks like the sticker walls were not there yet. Do you travel solo primarily?

During my trip, ran into two travelers from Germany, both driving Defenders (enjoyed talking to both). One couple at the gas station in Tok, Alaska.

The other couple had a 2014 Defender, but more of a light silver (no picture). The Defender world is small, maybe you know them?

It is nearly 10years ago. 2015 we shipped the rig over from Europe, went up the East coast, Newfoundland, Labrador, crossed Canada to Alaska and back. Awesome trip.

Yes, sometimes I travel solo, just back from a 3months solo trip, but mainly with my girlfriend. But not too often in a group with several rigs.

Yes, always nice to meet other Landrover fans around the world.
