So I went to a get together yesterday and I saw something I thought was cool. This guy had an orange magnetized drink holder on the side of his rig. He also had a small catchall shelf as well and I thought these were excellent ideas for basecamp.

So I snapped a photo of it and checked out the website. Then it dawned on me I HAD seen this before!

The website selling these has them made out of aluminum and powder coated, but I HAD seen these before. Their price is like $44 each, or the two for $79…… but these look exactly like the US General (Harbor Freight) Spray Paint Can Holder and 12” Tray! Which are sold at their stores for $13.99!

So I picked some up (even opted for the paper towel holder).

The TRD Pro photo is their product, the other is what I got from Hobo Freight on the Bronco.

For me it looks like a exact match and a great option for holding a few things. Rubberized magnets. Works on my tailgate table as well to hold some things up, be it spices, drinks.

That’s a great find! It’s impressive that you recognized the similarity between the expensive products and the US General items from Harbor Freight. Using the spray paint can holder and tray as a budget-friendly alternative is a smart move, especially with their rubberized magnets for securing items. It sounds like a practical solution for organizing things at basecamp!
