Rentals & OL'ing around Denver?

I have an opportunity to travel to Denver for a work conference in Oct. Since I live on the east coast, and don't know when I'll have an opportunity to be in this area again, I'd like to take a few days after the conference to explore.

Any suggestions for OL vehicle rentals and must-see places? Conference ends on a Thursday, so I'll have that night through Sunday morning to explore before flying back east.
