Rear Flushmount LED's on a 4Runner

I have a 2015 4Runner and want some light to the rear. I saw a picture a while back of someone that had cut out and flush mounted 2 square LED light pods in the rear. Has anyone done this or does anyone have knowledge of the picture I am refereeing to?????

Should be pretty easy. Once you find the spot you want them verify there is space on the back side for the light can wire it up and you should be good.

I've done it on my toyota pickup bumper and also did the install on @limited_white t4r.
