Question to members near Sproul state forest

Hi looking for scenic route with moderate off road to have some fun maybe like water crossing , off camber ...but not crazy difficult.
I have camp spot arrangements with private property so you are welcome to join. No particular time yet but I'm looming for local to guide thru that.
