Resolved Purchased a Gift membership for a friend - gift card code not working

I purchased a Gift Membership for a friend, and he received his "Welcome Kit" but no matter what we try we can't get the code to work. He emailed customer support a few weeks ago but hasn't gotten a response.

It sounds like you’re having a tough time with the code and not hearing back from customer support. I recommend reaching out to them again, mentioning the previous email, and providing all the details. You could also try contacting them through other channels like live chat or phone support.
