Nice setup, is that the seicane audio head unit? what is the mount you are using for the tablet up at the driver side sun visor?
Yes, is the seicane 10inch android head unit.
The little display above driver side is not a tablet but a Superchips programmer for JK. Its mount is made up with a few GoPro pieces I put together to fit that location. The location is high up, out of the way, so the display is not really visible from outside by walking by unless you stop and look for it, for safety.
(I can take a side pic of the mount later if you want one, let me know.)

Yeah, if you wouldn't mind that would be awesome! Thanks for the info. I've been looking at the seicane head unit for a couple years now, would you buy it again if doing it all over? Is there a way to update the version of Android on it if desired?

I'll get the pic later.
Yes, I'd buy the seicane unit again no second thoughts. It is very nice and useful. I hotspot my phone for internet and leave it in the pocket. Everything is done with the seicane unit. If you look again in my pics, behind the mirror there's a little dash cam that records directly to seicane. Rear cam also displays on the seicane. Too many useful things with that unit. Not to mention running maps, gaia, etc, plus aprsdroid, echolink, and everything you'd run on an android tablet or phone.
I guess it can be updated but I did not bother to mess up with something that works very well as is.

That system is awesome. I think this has helped me finally make the decision to order one.

Apart from a fire extinguisher tucked down next to the driver's seat, the only additions to my Jeep XJ & MJ (same set up in both) are a coffee cup holder and Garmin GPS … so I can find the next coffee shop.

1-IMG_7839b.JPG 1-IMG_7845a-001.JPG My original console was so bad, I took it completely out. The lack of usable space and cup holders sucked. Everything got replaced with Ram Mount components. The modular form of the Ram Mount Console allowed me to completely customize and hold everything. Ram Mount stalks hold my phone, radios, and tablets within easy viewing range.

Garmin GPS
Escort Radar Detector
Thinkware Dashcam
Cell phone for music and weather radar as needed
CB Radio
Ham Radio
IPOD for audio books / music
Android tablet 8" for music, video (when not driving), maps, email etc
Android tablet 7" in dash panel for Torque OBD2 console screen
voltage gauges for dual batteries (Blue Seas dual battery control, love it)
gauge for tire pressures/temps
gauge for ARB fridge
Assorted switches for lights, seat heaters, radios, GPS, radar alert, subwoofer volume, battery control switch yet to be installed
