Sorry been out for a few, resigned from my day job and went to work for my wife. Life has been crazy, But I thought I always wanted a rat rod, until I borrowed one from a local dealer for a car show that was happening on our street. I've driven alot of shady stuff, but this was death on wheels.

The scary feeling of death is what makes them fun to drive

Honestly @Smileyshaun I am a pretty big fan of some of your old rigs. Love a ZJ, would sport a sequoia, and your Chevy is SICK. I'm trieng to warm up to your suby, but I'm not there yet. There is a lifted Forester on here that the guy painted an FDE, lifted, built a rack and RTT thats awesome, but I can't find his build thread. Also there are WAY to many 80 series on here for me to choose any specific one.

Well thanks man , I did enjoy those rigs and had some fun in them they all came up a little short as a wheelin rig so that's the main reason for moving to the subi so my free time can be concentrated on my nutty cj5 project ..... the tahoe is still for sale btw

Love the look of the Volvo
I probably should have left it stock but my first thought was .... MORE POWER so I attempted to stuff a vortec Chevy 4.3 in it , it fit and might of worked but i just diddnt like the overall fitment so I pulled it out and the next attempt was a turbo 2.3 ford but I lost motivation and needed room in the garage so I sadly sold it .
