I recently stumbled on a 4xOverland video which discusses the "three stages of survival". I know a couple follow Andrew, but I found this particular video to contain a lot of good knowledge, had to share.

What are some things you consider when planning for a trip? First aid kit location, means of alternate shelter, etc.

His videos are always interesting. I think I would have to bow out of an expedition into minus 60 degrees...
 
In my opinion, that was his most interesting interview yet. He's had several interview videos and all are informative, but this gentleman was by far his most engaging - at least since he had ArmoredCockroach on anyway. His chats with Paul Marsh are full of information but are dull... this guy however (and Roach) share great ideas, and are compelling to watch as well. Good stuff.

I always assumed that they were both really relaxed as ASPW and Marsh were out on the trail when they did those. Very good info, regardless.
