Our Overland Dog is a 9.5 year old Golden named Winchester. We basically rebuilt the interior of the truck around her and her comfort. She goes everywhere with us and when we aren't traveling enough for her liking she asks to nap in the truck by waiting by the door. We just wrapped up 5+ months on the road and she was a complete rock star. Since we usually travel in the off season we don't have trouble with the restrictions many National Parks have on dogs. She is an excellent B.A.R.K. Ranger when allowed. Or will snooze in the truck while we explore. We spend more of our time in forests and at monuments now anyway and they tend to be more dog friendly.
